All clients are ENCOURAGED to book appointments on StyleSeat.
You can find/download the FREE app it in your Apple or Google Play stores on your mobile device. The app not only allows you to book your appointments, but sends notifications to remind you about your scheduled sessions. It also helps me stay on track of providing excellent customer service since I DO NOT have an Assistant/ Receptionist. Moving forward, EVERYONE IS ENCOURAGED to book your appointments via StyleSeat.
Appointment Cancelation Policy
Customers have 24 hours to cancel/reschedule appointments.
If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hour notice you will be charged 25% of the actual service fee.
Last minute cancellations can be difficult to fill and be a lost of profit.
No Call / No Show
In the event you schedule an appointment and do not notify Luxe Hair Collections you will be charged 50% of the original service booked and no longer allowed to book appointments. TIME IS MONEY!
Late Client Policy
We understand circumstances sometimes come up that are out of our control, but as a courtesy if you are running late please notify me by calling (561) 704-8811.
All customers will have a 15 minute grace period before being charged a ($15 late fee) that will be applied on top of their original service booked up to 30 minutes.
Customers are not satisfied with your hair/style please bring it to our attention within 24 hours.
If not, you will have to re-book an appointment and will be charged for any changes.
